DEIA Catalyst Program

India has witnessed a shift towards recognizing the value of gender equity and diversity, epitomized by legislative changes and societal evolution. Yet, despite the constitutional provisions safeguarding equity and the legislative strides towards inclusivity, many businesses remain unaware of DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility)'s potential. The DEIA Catalyst Program is designed to sensitize and raise awareness among MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) across five regions in India about the economic advantages of fostering a diverse workforce. Through targeted interventions, our goal is to assist participating organizations in implementing DEIA policies and processes, thereby creating an inclusive labour force that reflects the diversity of our society and lays the foundation of sustainable innovation.
